Erica Singleton

Erica Singleton has over 10 years of experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities. Starting as a direct care provider working hands on with individuals in Philadelphia and surrounding counties. This includes supervising multiple day programs and working in residential homes, Erica is deeply attuned to the needs of adults with intellectual disabilities. Her role as a medical coordinator further underscores her commitment to comprehensive care. Through her expertise and compassion, she creates supportive environments that foster independence and inclusion, enriching the lives of those she serves. Erica Singleton always had a relentless drive to help those in need. It was this innate compassion and unwavering empathy that led her to establish her own company. While working for a similar organization, she witnessed firsthand the impact that genuine care and a desire for change could have on people’s lives. Erica’s compassion fueled her dedication to making a difference, and her empathy allowed her to truly understand the challenges of those she sought to assist. Fueled by her experiences and a burning desire for change, she embarked on the journey to create her own company, where these characteristics would serve as the guiding principles in every endeavor at Phamily Values.

Eliza Brooks

Since a young age, Eliza Brooks has exhibited an unwavering compassion for helping others, a trait that has guided her every endeavor. Partnering with a like-minded individual like Erica singleton. She embarked on a journey to establish an agency dedicated to serving those in need. Driven by a profound sense of empathy and a desire to make a meaningful impact, Eliza’s vision propelled the creation of a company that goes beyond profit margins to prioritize the well-being of its clients. Through innovative solutions and personalized care, Eliza and Erica have cultivated an environment where individuals receive the support and resources necessary to thrive. Their dedication to uplifting others has not only shaped the foundation of their business but also inspired a community-driven approach that continues to positively impact lives. Elza Brooks is fairly new to the industry but plays a role  in policy creation that streamlined our procedures, fostering a more efficient and cohesive work environment, while also crafting meticulous paperwork that ensures legal compliance and clarity for our employees.

Prior to joining Phamily Values, Kenny was in bad shape. His behaviors were out of control and he was starting to get aggressive.
